Listening Skills Analysis
This journal entry bequeath inform what my sense of hearing skills strengths ar as well as my weaknesses. In addition, it will detail what improvements could be made to my audience skills.
maven of my strengths when listening is I try to find how the presenters information preserves to me. How this information can be of benefit to myself and my position. In addition, I incessantly take notes during each meeting so I can look back on at a later date and remember what was discussed.
One of my weaknesses when listening is I become very deflect by fray and or talking during a intromission. I also turn tail to lose focus and my thought process when there is mental disorder around me. In addition, our conference room where tout ensemble presentations are given is very hot. Feeling uncomfortable or sudor causes me to lose focus of what the speaker is saying.
I feel I could improve my listening skills by trying to focus on the presentation itself and not so much on all the noise around me, phones ringing, and physicians talking amongst themselves.
I need to posit more questions when I lose focus to make for certain I didnt miss anything that pertains to me or my chore. I do need to try to focus more on the presentation and not the speakers appearance.
In conclusion, I move over told you about some of my strengths when listening such as always taking notes to look back on at a later date. In addition, I do try to relate the information to my position, how it can benefit me or improve my job skills. I have also described some of my listening weaknesses such as focusing more on the presenter than the presentation itself. Another one of my weaknesses is I am distracted very easily by surrounding noises. I will continue to work on my listening skills to become a better listener in the future. If you want to get a full essay, order it on our website: Orderessay
