In Harper Lees novel To Kill a Mockingbird, injustice and disagreement ar prevalent in the town of Maycomb. Some of the types of injustice and discrimination confronted in this novel include racial, religion, sex and lifestyle. Harper Lee often offers subtle remedies that would put an end to the constant injustices in the novels diverse society.
I think Harper Lee did an tenuous job of portraying a small town and
gave a convincing sense of community and the way small towns are. The wrong in Maycomb was your typical kind which was based on ignorance. The gist of pre-judge, which is when you pass imagination on something or someone without having a good reason, therefore all prejudice is based on ignorance. Racism is much the same because youre passing judgment on the color of the persons skin and not the person themselves. Prejudice was a part of Maycomb because everyone was judged by their sustain name, where they came from or the color of their skin.
The greatest case of racial injustice involves Tom Robinson, a black man who was falsely accuse of a crime that he never committed or attempted.



Toms actions depict the kind of man he truly was, not one to rape and beat a helpless teenager, but one to conduct himself as a civilized human being.
