Time for a Leadership Ethics Check
Now may be the time, being in the midst of an economic recovery, that companies civilise a good hard look at their morals chess openings. So it is with a code of ethics, everyone in the company, needs to play by the same rules.
So let me share with you a short series of questions to avail you reflect on your companys ethics initiative and where you might need some help or work.

2. Withsomanydifferentformatsforlearning,howdoyouknowwhichoneis the most potent? Is your ethics training a one shot hired man or is it ongoing? Are all employees, from the top down, infallible to participate in ethics training?
3. Whataretheoptionsforyourpeopletoconfidentiallyreportunethical behavior, i.e. hotline, ombudsman, ethics committee? How well are they utilized? If not, do you know why? If they are, how expedient and justly are you in dealing with the study?
