Ethical Leadership Field-Based Shadowing

For my first internship field-based activity, I chose to learn about the administrative lineament by shadowing the elementary wizard for an entire day. dismission into this activity, I expected the principal to routinely be manifold with student discipline, field questions from staff members, and spend a mass of the day completing tons of necessary paper work. This action made me realize that being a good leader starts with placing value on the environs I create for my staff as well as students.
