Introduction
The environmental pressure to neuter for Perrier was associated its declining sales. The change commission opening night began when nose acquired Perrier in 1992. This loss in profits began when a minute touchstone of benzene was discovered in a bottle of its water sold in the US, thus causing a prompt decline in Perriers US sales.
The importance of the images ideal to the change management initiative in this case was Nestles desire to take over Perrier, become the premiere leader in the bottle water industry and correct on its profit margin. The application of the change management initiative lacked centering from the new leadership and input from its employees.
