Leadership & Strategy

Despite the fact that any good business dodging needs the buy-in, support and commitment of the round, effective leadership is the flummox to a successful business strategy. In the words of Joel Ross and Michael Kami, as cited by Thompson et al (2008), Without a strategy the organization is standardised a ship without a rudder.
