Berkshire Hathaway Inc. is a multinational conglomerate holding firm based in Omaha, Nebraska. It manages and oversees a number of subsidiary companies. Currently, the firm is headed by the known investor tycoon Warren burnish. Berkshire Hathaway traces its roots to a textile manufacturing moving in established by Oliver Chance in 1839 as the vale Falls Company. In 1929, it co-ordinated with Berkshire Cotton Manufacturing Company to arrive at Berkshire Fine Spinning Associates. Later in 1955 this enterprise merged with the Hathaway Manufacturing come withâ€"a textile manufacturing outfitâ€"founded by Horatio Hathaway, to sour Berkshire Hathaway Inc.
